Glyndebourne is a world famous opera house, hosting the Glyndebourne Festival and base for the Glyndebourne Touring Opera.The Glyndebourne Box Office is responsible for sales and distribution of tickets to both members and the public, as well as being part of the customer service team. They have a mix of regular and seasonal staff.
Spark devised a session to focus on delivering exceptional customer service in line with Glyndebourne’s brand values.
