Courses

Management

We believe that many management courses are outdated and don’t sufficiently cover the type of skills required by successful modern companies. We believe that the foundations of modern effective management are based on four key areas, which we incorporate into our training programmes.

  • 1 Ability to manage an Individual
  • 2 Ability to manage a Task
  • 3 Ability to manage a Team
  • 4 Ability to manage Self

New Managers

We equip delegates with all the skills they will need to make a smooth transition into management. New managers can often feel isolated and under pressure so we will also help to create a peer group system of support, which will give confidence and help with staff retention.

Management Refresher

We often find clients have experienced managers on their teams who have had little formal management training. The idea behind these sessions is to provide a quick refresher for experienced managers and help them to brush up the essential management skills and techniques.

From Manager to Leader

There’s a large step between being a great manager and being a great leader. These sessions are aimed at experienced managers working towards a more strategic approach and a senior management position. We focus on the qualities of great leaders, demonstrate how to show strong leadership skills in a variety of everyday situations, and culminate in creating a practical personal leadership plan.

Coaching for Managers

Recent studies show that Managers with coaching skills are more highly regarded by the people they work with. They communicate more effectively and are more likely to get the best out of the individuals in their teams. We provide a coaching tool kit for managers to use with their team as well as the skills required to coach themselves, leading to more confident, organised, effective and focused managers.
