The best teams are made up of different types of people. This is not a conventional team building day aimed at large groups and an unfamiliar activity. Instead this is aimed at close knit teams with the objective of uncovering each other’s strengths and skills together with a plan of how to put them to best use within the team. Everyone should leave with a clearly defined individual role and knowing exactly what they need to do in order to be part of an outstanding team.
